Privacy Policy for "Belot Kibik"
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
Privacy Contact: help@inphasis.com
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application "Belot Kibik" (the "Application") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use it.
We respect your privacy. The Application is built on the principle of Privacy by Design – it contains no ads, requires no account registration, and stores all core game data locally on your device.
1. Local Storage of Game Data
All recorded deals, scores, team names, game history, and user settings are stored exclusively on your mobile device in a local database (Room) and local preferences storage (DataStore).
- This data is never uploaded to external servers.
- We have no access to your local game records.
- If you uninstall the Application or clear its data in Android settings, all local data is permanently removed from your device.
2. Anonymous Diagnostics and Statistics (Consent Required)
To detect technical issues, diagnose application crashes, and enhance overall stability, we use Google Firebase services (Google LLC):
- Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting and technical error logs (stack traces, device model, operating system version, available memory and disk space at the time of the crash).
- Firebase Analytics: Aggregated and anonymous usage metrics (such as number of games created, arbiter usage, or settings modified).
- Firebase Performance Monitoring: Technical performance metrics (screen load times, UI responsiveness).
Key Privacy Safeguards:
- Consent-Based (Opt-in): Diagnostic and analytical telemetry collection is disabled by default. Data is gathered only if you explicitly grant consent via the consent screen upon first application launch or subsequently via the Settings menu.
- No Advertising Identifier: The Application does not collect or use the Google Advertising ID (AD_ID). All advertising identifiers and ad-tracking services have been removed.
- No Personal Data (PII): Diagnostic reports and analytical events never include personal information, user identities, team names, or notes.
3. Revoking Consent and Data Deletion
You retain full control over your data at all times:
- Revoking Consent: You can enable or disable diagnostic telemetry at any time inside the Settings screen via the anonymous diagnostics toggle. Disabling stops all collection immediately.
- Deleting Local Data: You can delete game history and application state at any time via Android settings: Settings → Apps → Belot Kibik → Storage → Clear Data.
- Google Data Retention: Anonymous crash logs and technical telemetry retained by Google are automatically purged after standard retention periods (up to 90 days for Crashlytics, up to 14 months for Analytics).
4. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide crash reporting and performance monitoring, we rely on Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Data transmitted to Google is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS.

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older. It does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect application improvements or legal requirements. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
